The results of our analysis are set out in the tables below for in each of the 14 individual languages:-

American English, Catalan, Danish, Dutch, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish

The results shown give the count of the total number of incorrect keypresses made on each keyboard row by all users for each of the Tests 1-6 in each Typing Tester in each available BSBL language and overall in all languages combined. These are summarised in the top table in each section to show the percentage accuracy per keyboard so you can see at a glance which is the keyboard row which typists find to be the easiest, hardest and those in-between.

The Analysis of incorrect keypresses per Finger per Hand. This series of tables provides four tables for each individual language. The individual tables are:

1. ) Summary Table showing the Percentage Accuracy for each row
2. ) Table showing the number of incorrect keypresses per keyboard row (excluding the Space key) made by fingers of both hands*, categorised by character type
3. ) Table showing the number of incorrect keypresses per keyboard row (excluding the Space key) made by the left hand fingers*, categorised by character type
4. ) Table showing the number of incorrect keypresses per keyboard row (excluding the Space key) made by the both hand fingers*, categorised by character type

*The assumption for which fingers are used to press which keys is based on the guidance that we provide in our Classic Typing Tutor typing tutorial training.
